Do you think kids are getting dumber or smarter, and why?
I actually think kids are actually getting more smarter these days, I think they're more educated and interested in politics and I think they've got an open mind on topics like sexuality
What are you thoughts on Instagram famous people? Are they a fad or are they here to stay?
I think Instagram's a great way to showcase your art, fashion, etc and whether you're getting famous from it or not doesn't bother me. I think as long as you use your platform in a positive way, that's all that matters and so I think they're here to stay
How many hours a day would you say you spend on social media?
I probably spend 10 hours on social media, it changes everyday
What are the pros and cons of this internet age?
Pros: We've got access to a wide variety of content and so we're able to educate ourselves with what's happening around the world. I personally have made so many friends with different people because of the internet and some of those people are my closest friends
Cons: There's a fear that social media will take over our lives- people caring about how many likes they get on a photo or whatever, that shit shouldn't matter
Recent studies show that social media is a contributing factor to rising anxiety and depression amongst adults. What are your thoughts on this?
I think possibly the pressures of society via social media could have an effect on how people think or look about themselves. Why people have anxiety or depression differs depending on each person but I'm guessing that the act of comparing yourself to people or realising you have a lack of something may lead to depression
